By using our services, a TrackVideoz’s
staff member will follow you with a front mounted onboard
camera for the length of your designated riding session.
TrackVideoz is not responsible for the length of your
session being varied by crashes or red flag incidents
or if the track day organization has to cut your session
short for any reason because these are out of our control.
If your session is red flagged at any point and you have
to pit, we will continue to film the remainder of your
session once it resumes on track. If your session is red
flagged and cut short before the halfway point, we will
either give you a 25% discount on your next DVD purchase
or try to fit you into another filming slot later in the
day, this will be your decision. If you have signed up
for a filming session and you crash earlier in the day
or can no longer ride for any reason, you may cancel your
filming session and you will be refunded your payment.
Riding motorcycles can be dangerous and TrackVideoz is
not responsible for any incidents that you may encounter
during our filming session. We have signed and agreed
to the liability release form provided by the trackday
organization for each event.
After your session is complete, you do not have to do
anything else. DVD’s will not be edited and distributed
at the track event; they will be produced shortly after
and mailed to the address you have provided us. All DVD’s
will be edited, produced and in the mail to the address
provided within one week of your event. We request your
email address so that we can email you when your DVD has
